Delete your data

Games with friends never reach our servers, so there's nothing to delete for them. If you've played with bots, we keep an anonymous account with your credits, progress and leaderboard spot. Here's how to delete it.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Mr. White and go to Settings.
2. Under Bot games, tap Delete my data, then Delete.

It's deleted straight away.

By email

Can't open the app? Email support@belikely.com with the subject "Delete my Mr. White data". Include your Player ID if you can: it's shown next to Delete my data in Settings. We'll delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What's deleted

• Your anonymous account.
• Your credits, bought ones too. They can't be brought back.
• Your level, XP, stats and bot skill.
• Your leaderboard spot, friend code and friends list.
• Your bot-game records.

What we keep, and why

• Purchase records (store transaction or order ID, pack, credits), for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Reports you made, while we review them.
• A mark that your device has had its free credits, with no link to you, so free credits can't be claimed twice.

Things stored only on your device (your name, settings and day streak) go when you delete the app.
